Dr. Lawrence Arokiasamy is an Assistant Professor in the School of Business and Management. He holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Development (2011) and a Master of Science in Human Resource Development (2003) from Universiti Putra Malaysia, alongside a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) from the University of Malaya (1999). His core research spans human resource management, strategic planning, higher education development, and entrepreneurship mindsets among business students. With an extensive portfolio of peer-reviewed journal articles, conference papers, and active scholarly collaborations, he also serves as a formal Program Assessor for the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).

Dr. P. Sakthi Murugan is an Associate Professor in the Department of Data Analytics and Mathematical Science at the School of Sciences, Jain (Deemed-to-be) University. He holds a Ph.D. (2023), an M.Phil. (2015), and an M.Sc. (2010) in Computer Science from Gobi Arts and Science College, and has cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET). With over 15 years of teaching experience and a decade dedicated to research, his expertise lies heavily in Data Mining and Warehousing. Dr. Sakthi Murugan has published numerous Scopus-indexed and international journal papers focusing on wireless sensor networks, IoT, blockchain, and agricultural predictive modeling. He has also co-authored several textbooks, serves regularly as an academic resource person, and has been a Chief Guest at multiple technology workshops.
